Furnishings & Damage Responsibility: This property will be leased fully furnished only. Tenant is responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. All furniture, decor, and household items must remain in the home for the duration of the tenancy. If any furnishings are moved during the lease term, they must be returned to their original locations and condition prior to move-out.
